Canadian since 1958

Since 1958, the Verstraete family endeavored to participate in

and contribute towards the Canadian experience

with the purpose of being a part of this great nation called Canada

in both giving to and receiving from this land we have called home,

and to ensure that present and future generations of Verstraetes

will be inspired to follow in the footsteps of those who paved the way.

Contributions by the Verstraete family have had and continue to have

both Canadian and international significance

in a variety of adventures that have touched the lives of many,

whether such significance became public

or remained a silent witness to the living legacy

 of a wonderful and beautiful group of people,

young and old,

over many years in the past,

and for many years to come.
